Fiorentina and Napoli are reportedly interested in acquiring the signature of Bayern Munich ace Mario Gomez.
The 28 year old played second fiddle to Mario Mandzukic this past season due to the Croatian’s sensational form and a few injuries that hampered the German.
The striker’s agent, Uli Ferber insisted that his client has a contract with the German side who just recently completed their treble winning season, which he intends to seek out.
Ferber has told Itasportpress.it that despite interest from the likes of both Fiorentina and Napoli no negotiations have been made yet and will only leave if the Bayern Munich are willing to part with the striker.
However, German newspaper Bild are reporting an agreement has been reached between the player and Napoli, though, there is no confirmation as yet.
