Gennaro Gattuso is set to be presented as the new Palermo coach on Friday.
The World Cup winner has been given a one year contract with the Sicilians as they look to get straight back into Serie A.
The 35 year old has some coaching experience with his last club FC Sion, where he won three games out of 12, drawing four and losing five.
