Monaco have been linked with a move for Milan’s Luca Antonini.
The 30-year-old veteran joined Milan back in 2008 from the Italian side Empoli on a fee of €2.9 million.
According to the Italian press, Antonini has been targeted by newly-promoted Monaco, where he may be available between €4m-€6m. Antonini then went on speaking about his positive relationship with Milan vice president Adriano Galliani.
“Part of me knows there is no problem. I know that Galliani loves me as a person, because I was born and raised here and he has respect for me as a player.
“Having said that I would have liked an experience abroad and I would do it, even though I understand the difficulties of moving to another country.”
The left-back made just 12 appearances all season with the Rossoneri and his deal at the San Siro ends at the beginning of June 2014 and a departure would bring an end to his 13-year stint he had in Milan
