Luca Marrone JuventusAtalanta are reportedly keen on adding Juventus utility man Luca Marrone to the Orobici for next season.

Despite finding playing time hard to come by with the Bianconeri, the 23-year-old has drawn interest from the Bergamo club as they are prepared to offer him regular playing time.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the Nerazzurri plan to approach Juventus with a season-long loan offer for Marrone, with an option to make the move permanent the following season.

Atalanta’s president Antonio Percassi hopes that the promise of regular first-team football will persuade Marrone to leave his parent club.

The Juventus youth product debuted for the Bianconeri’ first team in the 2009/10 season but after making little impact, he was loaned out to Siena the following season.

Despite returning to Turin in 2011, Marrone has not cemented himself in Antonio Conte’s starting 11 and has registered only 21 appearances in the past two campaigns.
