Bojan Krkic has spoken of his regret in playing for both Roma and AC Milan and feels these moves held back his potential as a player.
The 22-year-old signed for Ajax on loan in this current transfer window after spending last year representing the rossoneri in which he made 19 league appearances.
“My decisions to go to both Roma and AC Milan were wrong,” the Spaniard confessed to De Telegraff.
“Maybe I should have opted for the Eredivisie already, back in 2011.
“I’m a young player and I have to get into the line-up regularly. I can not go on playing only 18 games a season. Here I will have the opportunity to take the next step in my development as a player.”
Bojan has already obtained some illustrious silverware including the Champions League and La Liga titles and will look to add to his collection with further success in Amsterdam.
