Portuguese club Braga have officially taken Genoa goalkeeper Eduardo Carvalho on loan.
The 30-year-old shot-stopper has spent the last two seasons on loan, one of which was with Benfica, and is now returning to his home country for 2013/14.
Braga’s official website announced the news upon signing the Portugal international.
Carvalho has represented his nation 30 times.
He was acquired by the Grifone in 2010, putting pen to paper on a four year contract.
Eduardo was brought in to replace the former number one Marco Amelia, but has only started 37 games since arriving in Italy.
