Chievo are keen on bringing midfielder Leandro Greco back to Italy to bolster their midfield ahead of the new season.
Greco currently represents Greek side Olympiacos where he made 24 appearances during the 2012-13 season since leaving Roma last summer for the fee of €850,000.
La Gazzetta dello Sport are reporting that the Flying Donkeys have lodged a bid for the 26-year-old Italian as Giuseppe Sannino pieces together his new side.
Greco would be departing Greece after a single season having added the Greek Superleague title and Greek Cup to his list of honours.
