Gregory van der Wiel - PSGParis Saint-Germain’s Gregory van der Wiel has stated he has not received any contact from Inter while reaffirming his commitment to the French club.

Reports from earlier in the week claimed that the Milan side were looking to sign the Dutchman to fill the void left at right-back by Javier Zanetti’s Achilles tendon injury and Maicon’s transfer to Manchester City in 2012.

However, van der Wiel stated that he is looking to stay in Paris.

“I have no reason to leave PSG,” he told L’Equipe.

“Nothing is impossible, but at this point I have not heard anything from the Nerazzurri.”

The 25-year-old moved from Ajax to PSG last summer but has struggled to establish a place in the starting line-up at right-back, with Christophe Jallet currently ahead of him in the pecking order.
