Diego Fabbrini PalermoDiego Fabbrini’s agent has stated that his client’s move to Watford is an important step forward, though he does not know why Udinese have not made the move official yet.

The 22-year-old is already training with the English side and his agent believes the move will turn out to be the right move for Fabbrini.

“A deal was reached 20 days ago and the player is already going through pre-season training with Watford,” Beppe Galli told Tuttomercatoweb.com.

“I still don’t know why Udinese haven’t made the move official yet. You should ask them.

“Why the move to England? Watford were an important option because it opens up a new market to the player. We saw important prospects opening up for the growth of Fabbrini. Today the football that matters is played in England.”

After finding first team football hard to come by at Udinese, Fabbrini spent the second half of last season on loan at Palermo where he made eight appearances for the Rosanero.
