Ante Vukusic - Pescara Giorgio Repetto, the sporting director at Pescara, has clarified the futures of Ante Vukusic and Juan Fernando Quintero.

Vukusic is wanted by Lazio, who see potential in the 22-year-old striker despite the Croatian only scoring one goal in 19 matches last season.

“The presidents [of Lazio and Pescara] are carrying out the negotiations”, Repetto told TuttoMercatoWeb.com.

In return, the Delfini are expected to get the permanent acquisition of winger Giuseppe Sculli, who played at the Stadio Adriatico on loan from Lazio in the second half of 2012/13.

“Vukusic to Lazio and Giuseppe Sculli to Pescara will be determined,” added Repetto.

Meanwhile, Porto have been negotiating for the purchase of Colombian midfielder Quintero, and the Biancazzurri sporting director confirmed that a finalised agreement is near.

“Right now the lad is in Turkey with his Under-20 national team, but I think it’s already been done with Porto.

“The Portuguese side crushed the competition and [the deal with] Quintero will be made official by the weekend or, at the latest, at the beginning of next week.”
