Paris Saint-Germain director Leonardo has revealed that the Parisian club have made an ”very interesting offer” to Napoli for Edinson Cavani.
Recent reports have suggested that the French outfit is prepared to pay the full €63 million buy-out clause of the Uruguayan.
Leonardo is currently on a vacation at Ischia, an island off the coast of Naples from which he spoke to Il Mattino.
” We presented an offer to Aurelio De Laurentiis [Napoli’s president] which I feel is very interesting,” he said.
”The negotiations are on going and we could make progress within the next few days.”
