Real Madrid are reportedly stepping up their efforts to sign Juventus midfielder Arturo Vidal.
The Chilean has been consistently been linked with a move a away from Juventus stadium this summer with Bayern Munich also said to be monitoring his situation.
According to SportsItalia, Los Merengues are going to make a €40 million bid for the 26 year old, even though the Bianconeri have repeatedly said he will not be leaving the club.
To add further misery to Madrid’s attempts to pry him from the Juventus Stadium, it is also thought he is set to sign a new deal with Juve.
Vidal arrived at Juventus from Bayer Leverkusen for a fee of €12.5m in 2011.
