Roma captain Francesco Totti has hinted that he may retire at the end of the next Serie A season.
It has been reported that the Italian striker is unhappy with the lack of progress over a new contract at Stadio Olimpico.
At the unveiling of new Giallorossi jersey for the 2013-14 season Totti said,“I have worn many Roma jerseys, but this will be my last.”
The 36 year old has scored 227 Serie A goals for his hometown club and is the second highest all-time tally in Italy’s top flight.
