Roma are reported to have set their transfer priorities on PSV Eindhoven’s highly rated center midfielder Kevin Strootman.
The Dutch outfit values the 23 year old at €20 million and have made it clear that they will reject any offer that includes the exchanging of other players.
According to Il Messaggero, the high asking price has not deterred the Giallorossi who are keen to complete the transfer of the Dutch international.
Strootman has attracted interest from many Europeans clubs, including AC Milan and Arsenal.
