Ivan PelizzoliUdinese are keen to add another goalkeeper this summer due to Zeljko Brkic’s injury woes with Ivan Pelizzoli and Samir Ujkani currently atop the Friulani’s wishlist.

Brkic recently suffered a serious left shoulder injury and is not expected to return until Christmas, forcing Udinese to look for a new goalkeeper before the start of the new season.

The Zebrette are busy scouring the country for a replacement and look to be zeroing in Pelizzoli or Ujkani according to TuttoUdine.it.

Udinese have reportedly already formalized an offer to sign Pelizzoli from Pescara, but it believed the Serie B side are not keen on offloading the 32-year-old.

As a result Palermo owned Ujkani is the other alternative, though talks regarding the Albanian are still at a preliminary stage.

Pelizzoli shared duties with youngster Mattia Perin at Pescara last season, managing to make 11 appearances for the Delfini.

Ujkani divided his time between Palermo and Chievo last season making 19 appearances none of which came after his January move to the Flying Donkeys.
