AC Milan - Didac VilaAC Milan defender Didac Vila is reportedly a transfer target for Valencia, who are keen in trying to sign the left-back again.

The former Spanish youth international has only played one Serie A match in two seasons and he is looking to return to his homeland.

According to Estadio Deportivo, Valencia and Real Betis want Vila but Los Che look more capable of buying him outright.

His agent Raul Jimenez Verdu said that further developments regarding his client would be made during the week.

He was expected to join Valencia last year on loan but he failed his medical. It was later discovered that he was suffering from osteitis pubis – an inflammation in the pelvic area.

The 24-year-old joined the Rossoneri in January 2011 from Espanyol but he was sent back to the Barcelona-based club on loan for the 2011-12 season.

After playing 37 matches and scoring two goals for Espanyol, he returned to Milan for the 2012-13 season but played no matches.
