AC Milan player Urby Emanuelson has stated that the Rossoneri will not be content with another third place finish this season.
The former Ajax player has just returned to Milan after spending the second half of last season on loan with Premier League side Fulham and is looking forward to playing in whatever position Massimiliano Allegri asks him to play.
“I feel ready to play in whatever position will most benefit the team and the coach,” the Dutchman stated from the Rossoneri’s American training base.
“It is true that I am a very versatile player, but I have to say that my favoured role is as a left-back.”
“We won’t be just targeting a top three finish in Serie A this term,
“We want to end the campaign as champions of Italy.”
