The agent of Inter starlet Ibrahima Mbaye has hit out at the Nerazzurri by stating that they should have kept his client at the club instead of signing Chelsea youngster Wallace.
Mbaye will spend the upcoming season on loan at Livorno in order to play regular first team football, but his agent Beppe Accardi believes Inter should have kept the 18-year-old instead of signing Wallace, who was also born in 1994, on loan.
“I was always told that if you have assets at home you should develop them,” he told Sportitalia.
“Wallace is the same age as Mbaye and it is not said that he will play. Last time I checked it wasn’t like he was starting for Chelsea or Real Madrid last season.
“If I were Inter I would not have given away [Alfred] Duncan, Mbaye and [Samuele] Longo. Look at PSV as they kept up with AC Milan with 3-4 players who were 19.”
