AC Milan goalkeeper Marco Amelia is confident in his side as they prepare to face PSV Eindhoven in the first leg of their Champions League qualification play-off.
The Italian giants travel to Holland to face last seasons Eredivisie runners up on Tuesday, and the 31-year-old believes the Rossoneri can take care of business away from home.
“PSV are a young side and their season has already started, so they are at a more advanced stage of fitness than we are, but I think we will do well,” he told Milan Channel.
“The team appears to be in good condition and I think we will be ready for this appointment.
“We have a good squad and know Tuesday’s game is fundamental, not just in Holland, but for the whole 180 minutes of the tie.”
“We are ready and concentrated for this challenge.”
Amelia made 11 Serie A appearances for the Diavolo last season.
