Inter have been alerted to the availability of Paris Saint-Germain right-back Gregory Van der Wiel, with the Dutch international looking increasingly likely to leave the Parc des Princes.
The 25-year-old defender has been at loggerheads with coach Laurent Blanc after being left out of the squad for the Ligue 1 match against Ajaccio.
According to Le Parisien, the French club have targeted Van der Wiel’s Dutch compatriot Ricardo Van Rhijn of Ajax as his replacement.
Meanwhile, Van der Wiel’s entourage is at work trying to find a new team in England or in Italy, with the Nerazzurri closely monitoring the situation.
Amsterdam native Van der Wiel only joined the French capital club last year from boyhood club Ajax, and scored one goal in 29 games for Les Parisiens in the 2012/13 season.
