Lazio striker Libor Kozak is reportedly considering several proposals from the Premier League, after being told he has no future at the Biancocelesti.

Coach Vladimir Petkovic has left Kozak out of his preseason squad leading to a significant amount of clubs to be linked with the forward.

The Corriere della Sera have reported that the 24-year-old is ready to move on after four years in Rome as Petkovic wants to find someone to partner Miroslav Klose up front.

La Gazzetta Dello Sport claims that Lazio are interested in PSV Eindhoven striker Tim Matavz to support the German international and to replace the outgoing Czech forward.

England appears to be the likely destination for Kozak with Sunderland, Hull City and Wigan all queuing up to make a move for the former Brescia loanee.

Kozak failed to score in 18 Serie A games last season, but scored 10 goals in the Eagles last Europa League campaign.
