Livorno monitoring Chinese midfielder

Jiaqi Zhang Le MansLivorno are considering making a bid for current Le Mans and Chinese U 20 midfielder Jiaqi Zhang.

Born in China, the 21-year-old grew up in the Le Mans youth academy before debuting for the first team last season.

Tuttomercatoweb report that the Amaranto coach Davide Nicola is looking to bring in more reinforcements to the side and Zhang is one of his transfer targets, although Livorno have not yet made any official enquiries.

Livorno have made several signings in the current transfer window, with the club acquiring midfielder Leanrdo Greco and Argentine defender Nahuel Valentini, while also securing the loan signings of Inter duo Francesco Bardi and Marco Benassi.
