Bundesliga outfit Wolfsburg have made a sizeable offer to Roma for their Argentine-born Italian international striker Pablo Daniel Osvaldo.
The 27-year-old hit-man has been linked with an exit from the club since their 2013 Coppa Italia final defeat to bitter rivals Lazio in May, after which he insulted former caretaker manager Aurelio Andreazzoli for not starting him in the match.
According to SkySport24, Die Wolfe have submitted a bid of €20 million for the Italo-Argentine forward with a contract worth €2.8m a year on the table.
The player, who has been linked with Fulham, Tottenham and Napoli among others, has 28 goals in 57 appearances for the Giallorossi since moving from Espanyol in 2011.
