Sergio Buenacasa - BarcelonaJuventus have officially signed 17-year-old striker Sergio Buenacasa on a Bosman free transfer from Barcelona.

The young Zaragoza-native hasn’t managed a single senior appearance for the Blaugrana, and had been pushing for a move away from the Camp Nou all summer.

Now the Bianconeri have granted the young starlet his wish, as they have swooped in to take him to the Juventus Stadium.

The player confirmed the news by posting a picture on his official Twitter account of him signing for the Turin giants.

“I’m already a Juventus player!” he stated.

“I’m very happy and enthusiastic to be part of this great club! I can’t wait to start training!”

Buenacasa, who had also been linked with Paris Saint-Germain earlier in the summer, has been likened to Zlatan Ibrahimovic both in terms of playing style and his attitude off the pitch.

He has been heralded as one of the brightest talents to emerge from the famous La Masia academy in recent years.
