After his goal secured a point for Cagliari against much improved Inter on Sunday, Radja Nainggolan believed that the team deserved their point and are finally showing their potential on the pitch.
Linked with a move to the Nerazzurri over the summer the midfielder insisted he was fully focused on the Isolani and they were hopeful that could soon be playing matches back at the Stadio Is Arenas.
“It was a great result, we were in good shape on the field and we deserved the draw,” Nainggolan told Sky Sport Italia.
“Were my thoughts on Inter? No, I was 100 per cent focused on Cagliari even if the interest is always nice.
“This team has so much to give and we are showing it.
“We must continue on our way, do well for us and for our fans that unfortunately they cannot sometimes reach Trieste.
“We want to come back soon to play at our stadium though.”
