Bologna coach Stefano Pioli wants to see his team maintain their focus against Cagliari after picking up their first victory of the season over the weekend.
The Rossoblu clinched a 1-0 win against Livorno on Sunday and Pioli is hoping to see a similar result on Wednesday.
“I’m a pretty experienced coach so I know what we have not achieved anything yet,” he stated at his pre-match press conference.
“Winning was important so I’m happy about that, but we haven’t done anything. It would be stupid to think otherwise.
“I expect my players to be fully focused for the Cagliari match, because we are in a delicate moment.
“Cagliari have had more or less the same team for three or four years now. They have some real quality and will be determined to win.
“We have to try and react to that and get a positive result for ourselves.”
