Flamini - ArsenalArsenal midfielder Mathieu Flamini has admitted that the club is mainly focused on defeating Napoli in their next Champions League match up.

The Gunners, who are currently leading Group F, will be heading to the San Paolo to face the Partenopei on December 11 in their last match of the Champions League group stage and the 29-year-old has revealed that they’re looking to end it with a victory.

Flamini spoke to the official UEFA website and conceded that the Premier League side want to end the round at the top of their group.

“We’re focused on achieving a good result in Naples,” said the former AC Milan man.

“The objective of Arsenal is to win every game. We’ll go to the San Paolo to win it and finish the round in first place.

“We know how important it is.”

Napoli are currently tied with Borussia Dortmund in the group, as they each have nine points compared to Arsenal’s 12, and are at risk of being eliminated from the competition if they can’t secure a win against their opponents.
