Bologna goalkeeper has taken a swipe at those who criticised him following his side’s 1-1 draw with Inter in Serie A action.

The goalkeeper produced good saves throughout the contest, most notably from Rodrigo Palacio, Fredy Guarin and Rolando to help his side to a share of the points.

“I think that we played very well and this win has put us in a good place now so we are happy,” Curci told Sky Italia. “It is a shame about the goal that we conceded on a deflection otherwise we could have did even better.

“In the role that I play in the team, you have got to forget about mistakes and what has come before. I did two weeks of good hard work and was very relaxed in training here at Bologna and after the criticism, today I can say that I am happy for myself.”

Only a wicked deflection on a Jonathan strike in the second half prevented the Felsinei picking up all three points.
