Serie A table toppers Juventus are set to complete a move for PSG winger Jeremy Menez during the January transfer window.

The two clubs are reportedly discussing a the parameters of a deal for the Frenchman and an agreement is said to be close, who is seeking for playing time to improve his chances of being selected for the France squad ahead of next summer’s World Cup.

La Stampa reports that the Old Lady are confident of getting the 26-year-old for a fee of around €3 million, as his contract is set to expire in June 2014 and the Parisian club would like to receive some compensation now rather than letting him walk away for free in six months time.

It is reported that Premier League side Liverpool are also keen on the player.

Menez joined PSG from Roma in the summer of 2011 for a fee in the range of €8 million and has scored 12 goals in 63 league appearances for the Parisians.
