Juventus are reportedly back in the race for Real Madrid midfielder Xabi Alonso.
The Italian club will be facing competition for the Spanish midfielder’s signature however, with both Manchester United and Manchester City reportedly on his trail as well.
Spanish broadcaster Cadena Ser are reporting of the Turin club’s interest in the European and World Cup winner.
The media report that Xabi Alonso and Real Madrid are still in stalemate in terms of the player’s contract extension, with the Spaniard’s agent requesting between €8-10 million net per season.
Alonso has recently returned to the Real Madrid starting eleven after a lengthy groin injury sidelined him. He has made 11 appearances in all competitions for Real Madrid this season so far.
