Lazio striker Miroslav Klose thinks that his team’s victory against Livorno Sunday afternoon was very important, but also said that it was just one match out of many and that the Biancocelesti need to continue their form.
After returning from injury the German played an important role in the 2-0 victory, scoring both goals for his team, also being close to a third. The victory meant that Lazio move from 12th to 8th in the league table.
“Our squad is strong, but we must avoid performing so differently in the two halves,” Klose said to Sky Sport after the match.
“It was an important victory, but it was just one game against Livorno. We must continue to show this kind of strength.”
When asked whether it was a victory for the coach Vladimir Petkovic, the striker said: “No, it’s for everyone. You win together and you lose together.
The last task for Lazio in 2013 is away against Hellas Verona next Sunday.
