Parma striker Antonio Cassano is in doubt for the Ducali’s upcoming match against Inter on Sunday evening due to a fractured nose picked up against Bologna last weekend.

The 31-year-old has already undergone an operation to help him return in time for the weekend clash in Milan.

The ex-Inter player was almost certain to miss the encounter with his former side according to Fcinternews.it but it appears he may able to take to the pitch while wearing a protective mask.

Cassano would be a welcome inclusion to the team that defeated Varese 4-1 in Coppa Italia action on Tuesday.
