Juventus midfielder Andrea Pirlo has been linked with a move away from Torino to Qatar.
The 34-year-old’s contract expires in June 2014, and has yet to start negotiations regarding a renewal.
According to Sport Italia, a contract offer from Qatar worth €10 million a year has been made, as well as one from English club Tottenham Hotspur, worth €6m a year.
A number of top-level clubs are also reportedly vying for the midfielder’s signature.
Pirlo joined Juventus on a free transfer in 2011 after spending 10 years with AC Milan, and has since gone on to win the last two Scudetti with the Bianconeri.
