Torino midfielder Matteo Brighi has spoken on his satisfaction with his sides recent form in the aftermath of their 2-0 away win at Sassuolo.

The Italian scored Il Toro’s second of the afternoon after Ciro Immobile gave them a first half lead over the hosts.

Speaking to Sky Sport Italia after the final whistle, Brighi said:

“I have two goals so far this season, both coming against Sassuolo. I’m satisfied with this.

“The objective, Europe?” he continued.

“At the beginning we were looking at safety, but the appetite grows with eating.

“We have come so far from the first day. We look to continue doing well and want to continue these satisfying performances.”

Brighi has payed 15 times in Serie A for Torino this season, scoring two goals – both coming against Sassuolo.
