Italian giants Inter have reportedly signalled their interest in bringing Manchester United’s Luis Nani on loan for the rest of the season.

The Portuguese international, who is currently out with an hamstring problem, has made only 12 appearances so far this season and it is thought his relationship with boss David Moyes has deteriorated.

Now, according to Sky Sport Italia, the Nerazzurri have approached United regarding a loan move for the 27-year-old, who will most likely see his game time further limited following the signing of Juan Mata from Chelsea.

It is also believed that the player is interested to move to Milan, but an agreement is yet to be reached between the two parties involved.

Inter, who are winless in their last four league outings are currently fifth in the Serie A table with 33 points and having endured a tough season so far and would want to use this transfer window to bolster their squad.

Nani signed for the Red Devils in 2007 and since then has made over 100 appearances for the club.
