Beppe Marotta has insisted that Juventus have no intention whatsoever of selling Paul Pogba.

The Bianconeri director also stated that Pogba was on the verge of signing a new contract: “We have no intention of selling Paul Pogba. On the contrary, he’ll renew his contract.”

The 20-year-old’s stature in the game has risen astronomically since his move on a free transfer from Manchester United and the Frenchman is now a key part of the Juventus midfield.

His performances have reportedly caught the eye of Paris Saint-Germain.  When asked about the rumours Marotta told Tuttosport: ““There is nothing more to add.”

Pogba, who already has three caps for France, has six goals in 25 appearances for Juventus this season.

The newspaper also stated that Juventus were looking to strengthen their options in midfield with Cagliari’s Radja Nainggolan, Parma winger Jonathan Biabiany and Manchester United’s Nani.
