Inter youngster Samuele Longo has been signed by Spanish outfit Rayo Vallecano, spending the rest of the season on loan there.
The Italy U-21 international only managed to play two matches in the Serie A for the Nerazzurri all season and will now ply his trade in La Liga for the remainder of the campaign.
It has been confirmed by the clubs this afternoon has stated that Longo has joined Madrid based side Rayo Vallecano on loan until June in a hope of finding more playing time.
The 22-year-old striker had failed to break into the Italian giants’ starting XI for this season and will be sent out on a temporary basis in order to gain more needed experience.
Longo, who has spent time on loan at fellow Serie A side Hellas Verona, has experience in Spanish football due to spending the 2012-13 season at Espanyol.
