Napoli have reportedly completed the signing of Hellas Verona midfielder Jorginho on a co-ownership deal.
The Partenopei have paid €5 million for the Brazil-born Italian, who will earn around €800,000 per season before bonuses. He has signed a contract which will run until sumer 2018.
Tuttomercatoweb report the deal was completed on Thursday night, when Verona director of sport, Sean Sagliano, met with his Napoli counterpart, Riccardo Bigon, and 22-year-old Jorginho’s agent, Joao Santos.
The midfielder came through the youth ranks at Verona, making his debut in 2011, when the side were in Serie B.
He has contributed seven goals and three assists for Hellas in his 19 appearances this season.
