Napoli are reportedly close to securing the services of current Palmeiras centre-back Henrique.
The Azzurri have been linked with a move for a new defender since the summer and it appears they have finally landed a reinforcement for Rafa Benitez.
The former Barcelona, Bayer Leverkusen and Racing Santander defender could seal a move to the San Paolo over the coming hours according to FoxSports Brasile.
Henrique is reportedly keen on the move to Naples, with the Partenopei’s new signing a welcome addition as they seek to bolster their defensive line.
The 27-year-old has made four caps for Brazil and has made 13 appearances since returning to Palmeiras in 2012.
