Victor Becali, agent of Lazio defender Stefan Radu, has revealed that the player has no intentions of leaving the capital city club any time soon despite rumours claiming otherwise.
The 27-year-old has been linked with a move away from the Biancocelesti in the near future, as some reports believe that he may have recently grown unhappy at the club, but his agent insists that he’s doing fine in Rome.
Becali spoke to LaLazioSiamoNoi.it this past weekend about his client’s situation with the Aquilotti and conceded that he plans on staying with the club.
“I spoke with Stefan during the Christmas break, he’s fine in Rome,” said the agent.
“He has no intention of moving. However, you never know what could happen in football, but so far no offers have arrived at Lazio, or to me, for him.
“His recent injury? It’s nothing serious, only a small injury.”
Radu was deemed fit enough to play in Monday’s match against the Nerazzurri, which Lazio ended up winning 1-0.
