Roma midfielder Michael Bradley is reportedly close to joining Major League Soccer club Toronto FC.

The 26-year-old has been linked with a move away from the Giallorossi after their recent signing of Cagliari standout Radja Nainggolan, meaning playing time could be hard to come by for the American.

As a result ESPN analysts Alexi Lalas and Taylor Twellman are both reporting that the former Chievo man is close to sealing a move to the Canadian side.

While there are no indications on whether the move would be a loan or permanent transfer, the move to Toronto would provide Bradley with the opportunity to play regular first team football ahead of this summer’s World Cup.

Bradley has made 11 league appearances for Roma this season.
