Reports in the Italian press have claimed that any team wanting to buy Alessandro Florenzi will have to part with a whopping €50m.
The 22-year-old has enjoyed a fruitful campaign so far this season and scored a stunning overhead kick in Roma’s 4-0 demolition of Genoa on Sunday taking his tally to five goals for the season.
Playing in a wide right position under the tutelage of Rudi Garcia Florenzi has been in excellent form and the Gazzetta dello Sport have claimed that the Giallorossi have been so impressed with his performances that they have slapped a €50m price tag on him to deter potential suitors.
Florenzi’s current deal expires in 2016. He has four caps for the Italian national side.
