Udinese have signed 29 year old Algerian international Hassan Yebda on loan from Spanish side Granada.
Udinese and Granada have maintained a strong relationship since the summer of 2009, since the owners of the Italian club arrived saved the Spanish club, who were on the verge of administration.
“Udinese Calcio announce that we have purchased on a temporary basis, the rights to the midfielder Hassan Yebda from Granada Club. The Algerian player will wear the black and white of Udinese until 30 June 2014”, a statement on Udinese’s official website said.
Yebda, who previously played for Napoli, had made 10 appearances for Granada in La Liga this term.
