Gasperini - GenoaFollowing his club’s 1-1 draw against Napoli, Genoa coach Gian Pero Gasperini spoke about his tactical decisions during the match and amount of young talent he has to work with.

Substitute Emanuele Calaio hit a long distance free kick in the 84th minute to give the Grifone a point to solidify them at 11th in the Serie A table.

“Napoli was fast and technically solid in the opening minutes,” Gasperini said to Sky Sport Italia.

“We were able to partially contain them, but not completely.

“We had chances with Konate, then in the second half we had to take more risks.

“I put in [Giannis] Fetfatzidis because he is a mobile player and I needed someone to help us pressing.

“Konate is growing more and more every game.

“We are a young team with a mixture of more mature players that are helping these kids grow.”
