Inter are ready to make a play for Newcastle’s 27 year old striker Loic Remy, who is on loan from Queens Park Rangers.

The Frenchman’s future is up in the air as it appears Newcastle are reluctant to make the move permanent after reportedly refusing to meet QPR’s asking price of €16 million.

According to Chronicle Live, Inter are keen on the taking the ex-Marseille striker to Italy next season as they look to bolster their firepower ahead of a possible return to European football.

Remy has netted eleven goals in 21 games this season for the Magpies.
