Manchester United are reportedly interested in bringing AC Milan captain Riccardo Montolivo to the Old Trafford in summer.

The Red Devils are struggling in the Premier League this season and their manager David Moyes has been scouring Europe for a midfielder and it seems the former Fiorentina man fits the bill.

According to Football Direct News, AC Milan captain Montolivo is on Manchester United’s shortlist with the current Premier League champions looking to make a bid for the 29-year-old midfielder in the summer.

Montolivo joined the Diavolo in 2012 as a free agent and was named the team captain after Massimo Ambrosini left the San Siro last summer.

If this is true then it’s another stupid move by Moyes, 29 years old really? Here we are trying to get rid of the older players and he is buying for a hefty sum old players that don’t have a sell on value anymore, we think that Moyes is a secret Liverfool fan and comes to Manutd to destroy the club’s success and history !!!
