Genoa president Enrico Preziosi is reportedly on the verge of selling the Rossoblu in the near future.

There is reported interest in the Genova based club from both within Italy and abroad.

According to Tuttosport there are two interested parties the first of which is an Italian businessman who would take ownership and provide investment for a new stadium.

Secondly there is speculation that there could be interest from a Chinese businessman, which would explain Preziosi’s frequent trips to China in the recent past.

Regardless of new ownership however the future of Genoa coach Gian Piero Gasperini seems secure as it is believed his role would not be affected even if Preziosi leaves.
