Marek Hamsik NapoliNapoli captain Marek Hamsik is adamant that he’s doing fine at the Azzurri despite rumours linking him with a possible move away from the club in the near future.

The 26-year-old midfielder has been linked with a departure from the Partenopei at the end of the current campaign due to his decrease in form as of late, with clubs including Paris Saint Germain and Manchester United supposedly keen on securing his services, though he insists that he’s still happy in Naples.

Hamsik spoke to Sky Sport Italia ahead of Napoli’s recent match with Torino, which they won 1-0, and revealed that he’s doing fine with the club and looking to continue improving on his performances.

“I’m happy to stay in Naples,” said the Slovakian international. “I’ve always said this and I’ll continue to say it.

“I’ve always felt the confidence from everyone, so now it’s up to me to repay you all.

“It’s normal that I’m thinking of my performances, I must find my form again in concern of the game.

“Now I think about the league and our game with Torino, then our returning match against Porto in the Europa League.”
