Inter midfielder Fredy Guarin is reportedly on the verge of signing a contract extension with the Nerazzurri.
Guarin’s agent, Marcelo Ferreyra, is due to meet with Inter officials in Milan on Sunday to iron out the final details of a new deal.
According to Sky Sport Italia the new contract will extend Guarin’s stay with the Nerazzurri until 2017.
The contract extension comes only two months after a proposed swap-deal involving Juventus’ Mirko Vucinic and Guarin fell through during the January transfer window.
So far this season Guarin has featured in 23 league games and contributed with three goals and five assists.
