Liverpool are reportedly interested in signing Juventus striker Mirko Vucinic this summer.

The Montenegrin’s playing time has been reduced drastically this season due to injury and the additions of Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente.

As a result, TuttoMercatoWeb is reporting that Vucinic could be on his way to the Premiere League next year.

Many believe that Liverpool could lose Luis Suarez during the next transfer window and thus could see Vucinic as a possible replacement if the prolific Uruguayan leaves.

The former Roma striker was close to signing with Arsenal during January but instead decided to stay in Turin.

Vucinic has only scored 2 goals in 11 appearances for the Bianconeri this season.

Striker is the last position Liverpool need to fill with the likes of Suarez Sturridge available…Plus they have used one when the other gets injured or suspended…Aspas and Borini as backup
